The majority of the Dallas area continues to experience a low inventory trend, the Dallas area of Highland Park also had a slight decrease in available inventory of pre-owned homes (resale) in July:
New construction homes had a substantial decrease in their available inventory from 2016, but only a slight decrease from 2015:
And although the median price per foot fluctuates
month to month, July showed a decrease in
the median sales price for resale homes in the
Highland Park area from last year:
