area, with available resale homes well below that of the prior two years:
But new construction homes had a dramatic increase in their available inventory from 2014 and 2015:
The combined overall months supply of homes for sale of resale and new construction, though, decreased again:
And although the median price fluctuates month to month, it is exciting to see that the median home price
continues to rise for the Midlothian Real Estate market overall:
