Lisa Von Domek I have been a believer in good windows ever since I purchased this house 13 years ago. It had old single pain windows and as soon as I replaced them I saw huge savings.

Windows and doors are the two biggest energy poor spots in most homes and not just the old homes.

Hi Lisa. 2X6 construction with poor windows doesn't save energy.  Buy good windows.

Good Tuesday morning Lisa. I do have to agree that windows and doors are the two biggest energy drains on the house.

Lisa I replaced my windows a few years ago and I did see a savings, and when heating bills are as high as they are, we have to do everything possible to reduce them as much as possible.

Lisa, windows are one of the biggest energy leakers in a house and it pays off to replace them with newer more technologically advanced models!
