Dallas' New Home Inventory Increases In August

Dallas

Dallas, TX has long provided a stable real estate environment.  We here in the Dallas area knew that we were not part of the glutted or over priced markets that the media proclaimed were nation wide.  The information reflected below shows a market that home buyers and investors can have confidence in.

As the chart below indicates, new home construction in Dallas is on the rise - but the overall inventory remains low in several price categories.

Are you searching for a new "Dream Home"?  Here are just a few of the fine homes available in and around the Dallas area:

Good morning Lisa. Outstanding job with your report, glad to see that there is lots of new home inventory that is coming online and available to the buying public. Prospective buyers should contact you for representation.

Make it a great weekend!

We're desperately in need of inventory down here, Lisa.  Glad to see you have a solid and improving market.

Hi Lisa.  Super report.  Prices will have doubled by next year since 2013.  Wow!

Lisa, your market is indeed much more stable than ours here in Florida. The winds of price increases at to rapid a pace are beginning to blow harder. Enjoy your day!

Good morning Lisa. Homes under $200,000 in my market are very hard to come by anymore so there are bidding wars anytime something in that price range comes up.

Lisa - eventually the supply will catch up with demand.  Glad to see new construction.

With demand now ahead of supply, there is definitely going to be a rise in prices.  And demand may continue to grow Lisa as Dallas is an interesting and stable market.
