do ya'll have that big gap between 2007 and now where there were few new homes being built ? (excluding tracts) ?

Good morning Lisa. Homes under $200,000 in my market are very hard to come by anymore so there are bidding wars anytime something in that price range comes up.

With demand now ahead of supply, there is definitely going to be a rise in prices.  And demand may continue to grow Lisa as Dallas is an interesting and stable market.
