It is official, Dallas has now had the
wettest year in history due to our
record setting rainfall events. As 2015
is not over yet, the record amount will
grow (yikes!) but as of this morning,
6:00am CST, Saturday, November 28th,
a record 57.56 inches of rain has been
measured...and the rain will last
another 48 hours (at least). Flooding
is a danger as the ground is saturated
and can not hold any more water.
Most yards having standing puddles
of water...mine included, and my
dogs are making the most of running
through every single one!

Wow, that's a lot of rain.....fun for the dogs playing in the puddles, but not good otherwise.
Hello Lisa, yes Dallas made National New this morning showing the Trinity river and some farm rescues. We haven't had as much rain but it has been non stop for two days. Good luck with your animals and try and stay dry.
Good morning, Lisa Von Domek and your area is not that great when it comes to drainage!!! but it's better than getting snow.... we have some drizzle coming today.... and that's ok...
Lisa Von Domek By the looks of the result of all this rain, you might want to invest in mosquito traps and get rich! Keep dry!
Good morning Lisa,
Isn't that what kids and pets are for!
And just think we will have about double the amount in snow here this winter and at least you do not have to shovel it!
Make yourself a great day.
Stay warm and safe, Lisa. If you see a guy building an ark you may want to pitch in. ;-)
Hi Lisa... I bet California would have loved to have had some of your rain!
Good morning Lisa. I heard this on the news this morning and thought of you. At least the pups are enjoying it.
Lisa who would have thought you guys would have ended up with that much rain when at one point in the year guys had hardly any.
Hi Lisa. So how are ark sales doing? Does anybody talk about the drought anymore?
Good morning Lisa. That is an unbelievable amount of rain, be safe. Hope you get some much needed sunshine.
Hey Lisa-I saw that on the news last night. Dallas broke 3 records-hope you are high and dry-it looks horrible!
Hi Lisa. I, too, saw this on the news. I hope you get to dry out soon.
