Low Inventory in Dallas TX Did Not Negatively Affect Home Sales In 2015

Although our inventory of available homes for sale in Dallas, TX
is at an all time low,



that did not affect the number of closed sales in Dallas in 2015.
In fact,  the number of closed sales increased by 3.3% over 2014



And, our home prices on those closed sales increased by 8.9%

That is great news - I am not surprised that low inventory has led to an increase in prices but I am glad that you also have seen an increase in sales too.

The lower inventory got buyers up and moving and that in itself can be very good for business.

Lisa good to hear the low inventory did not effect the house sales, but it normally less homes to sell means less sales.  Hope the inventory increase to make sure sales keep on going in the right direction.
