Lisa Von Domek There is no great surprise in the increased home prices if for no other reason than the lower inventory, but we know there are many more reasons for the price increases. The question is how much longer can the buyer market keep absorbing the higher home prices? I pose that question not to you specifically, but to all agents, nationwide.

Thank you Jim Crawford my market is red hot, but very frustrating for buyers due to the lack of inventory.

With the low levels of inventory . . . . Buyers have to act quickly in order to buy.

Good luck and success.

Lisa, great market update for DeSoto, and lack of inventory does drive up the prices!
