The Dallas Weather Is Almost As Hot As The Dallas Real Estate Market

The heat is on in the greater Dallas area and our daily temperatures are
in the mid to high 90's.  Staying cool while house hunting can be
a challenge, especially when our housing market is as red hot as
our weather!  If you are ready to begin your home search, click the
icon below to use the convenient search tool on my website

And to plan your activities, check your local weather and dress COOL!

It was raining and agents show homes in a rubber boat. Now it is summer time. I avoid going to Texas in the summer the moisture from the Gulf makes people wanting to stay in doors

Have a restful weekend.

Good morning Lise. Those are some pretty high temperatures, but not as bad as some other part of the country. It is supposed to hit 90 in our area today as well.

Good morning Lisa. A hot market is a good thing: temperatures like yours....not so much. Be safe and productive.

Well, we got you beat on the temperature, but I don't know if our real estate market is as red hot as yours.

Lisa,  Let's hope the heat won't stop people from listing their home for sale or buyers from shopping for homes.
