A Letter For Operation Kindness...We Were This Close...

Seriously, did you see that?  We were this close to catching that squirrel this time...no, really!  Honest, what do you mean we may be too slow to catch squirrels, next you will say you wouldn't love to have a rescued "child" just like one of us!  We were lucky, our "parents" rescued us when we were only 12 weeks old and cute as buttons - they even knew that we were going to get big...really big...and they still adopted us!  If you have room in your heart and home, won't you consider visiting Operation Kindness today and adopting a dog or cat - they would love a "furever" home for the Holidays!

Sincerely,

Heidi and Heinreich  (Then and Now photos)

Operation Kindness

Operation Kindness

Operation Kindness was founded in 1976 and is the oldest and largest no-kill shelter in North Texas. We are a nonprofit animal welfare organization that cares for homeless or unwanted cats and dogs in a no-kill environment. We never euthanize an animal to make room for another. We care for all the animals we take in until they are adopted. Find out more About Us...

Hi Lisa

Hope you had a wonderful holiday!

Great photos of Heidi and Heinrich. What a neat way to introduce Operation Kindess to those who may have an interest in adopting a new pet!

Hello Jeff Dowler

Wonderful holiday, thank you...I hope that you enjoyed a fabulous one as well.

Operation Kindness holds a special place in our hearts, we have adopted so many wonderful children from them and continually donate so those waiting for their furever home have what they need.

Lisa: No doubt your "pups" keep you very busy...so good that they have plenty of room to roam too.

I know they have great fun chasing the squirrels. If they caught them, the game would be over.

Good morning Lisa. Oh my, look how big they have gotten. So lucky to be with you.

Hi Lisa - they are both adorable.  My sister in Florida rescued a mostly golden retriever that was abandoned on the street.  She worked with him and he is the most grateful loving guy at our Thanksgiving gathering.

Room to roam...plus Anita Clark sometimes it is too much space!

Over the years they have caught a couple, a bunny or two too...then they are so sad.

We are not sure if they are going to stop growing Sheila Anderson

Rescued pets make the best pets Grant Schneider .  Of course, I may be biased on that
