According to the last update on Fox4News/Dallas, there are now five reported dead due to the catastrophic flooding in the Houston, TX area. The initial wave of flooding will not be the last as the storm is predicted to leave land, regain strength in the gulf and return to land with even more rain.
The City of Dallas is opening an additional "mega shelter" for an additional 5,000 evacuess of Hurricane Harvey. According to Fox4News:
