It is going to be a chilly and damp Halloween for Trick-Or-Treaters in the Dallas area.  Everyone with a large supply of candy for the door-to-door ghouls and goblins may have a lot of candy left for their own enjoyment.

Hi Lisa... now that is a bummer! Here in Charlotte is blue skies and sunny and hopefully will stay that way for the rest of the day.

Lisa sorry to heard that.  Our skies are crystal clear, the air is crisp, and the temperature in the mid 50's.  Perfect for Halloween around here.

Nina Hollander many activities were being moved indoors to accommodate the festivities.  It will be a fun Halloween, just might not be as busy door-to-door!

I am sure there are some disappointed Trick-or-Treaters Sally K. & David L. Hanson but I bet candy will make it all better!

Let the rain stay away until Wednesday . . . . and keep the trick and treaters dry.

Good luck and success.

Good morning Lisa.

It was cold last night,  we have enough left over candy to last the rest of the year.  Where we would normally get rid of all of the treats not so last night.
