Hello Ron and Alexandra Seigel (Alexandra) that is a good guess, it has a similar look to his work.  But the Perot Museum was designed by Thom Mayne and his firm Morphosis Architects

I have been to the Perot Museum and the Arts District several times George Souto and they are a wonderful way to spend a day!

Both Dallas and Ft Worth have vibrant art scenes. I started years ago coming to the Kimball and have expanded since then.
