I'll Take A Mortgage Professional Over A Bank Lender Every Time

It never seems to fail, if a closing is going to be delayed due
the financing it seems it is because of a bank handling the loan rather than a mortgage professional.  I truly dislike working with one of the big box banks as they just can
not perform as
well as a licensed mortgage professional.

Delay, delay, delay...that's my rant for the day!

Hi Lisa Von Domek ,
I can never figure out why buyers want to work with those banks.  I guess they figure if that's where there money is it will be easy.  NOT!

And sadly Carol Williams they quickly learn it is not an easy process when dealing with their big bank.  It may even make them lose in a bidding war if a seller sees a pre-approval letter from one of them...

Morning Lisa.

The big box banks really don't care how long the process is.  They operate on their own schedule

I couldn't agree more, Lisa.  I cringe when I see who some folks have selected as their lender.

Good morning Lisa. I completely agree with you. Banks are just not made for mortgages.
