When it comes to a goal, you can’t just “set it and forget it”!
Goals are important to set both short-term and long-term to keep us balanced and focused (and sane!) It is so easy to just go through day-to-day and fall into an abyss of despair. Setting a goal each day, each week, each month and for the year (and beyond) allows us the opportunity to achieve that sense of accomplishment that serves our well-being. Many times your goal(s) will include helping someone else achieve theirs…this is a win-win!
So start your day with this goal, give yourself the opportunity to make this the first day to achieve a regular schedule of patting yourself on the back for reaching your goal(s).
To help inspire you, here are some great quotes:
1) “Beaten paths are for beaten men.” Eric A. Johnston
2) “Concentrate your energies and work hard. Launch out in new experiments. Never be afraid to have the courage of your opinions. Fix the lines you want to travel along and keep on them. That’s all.” A.C.W. Harmsworth
3) “You must have long-range goals to keep you from being frustrated by short-range failures.” Charles C. Noble

So, what is your goal for today, this week, this month, this year?!!! Mine are on track and actually slightly ahead so I continue with my marketing strategy and checklists to meet (and beat) my goals by year end!

Great Post and an awesome question, now do you really want to hear the answers from all the AR members?:))Endre
Morning Lisa.
My path has always been difficult. I have but one plan, it's working for me, but not at the pace I expect.
I am sure you will be back on track in to time Tammy Lankford,
Absolutely Endre Barath, Jr. as there should be some very interesting answers!
Don't change what works James Dray we all have our own plan and it won't necessarily work for anyone else!
Lisa your blog reminds me that I need to take a look at where I stand with mine.
I am happy where I am. Mine were readjusted this year because of my new role as managing broker.
