For anyone that loves sausage, these snacks are easy to make ahead of time And talk about easy... with only three ingredients, they could not be easier.
These versatile meatballs can be made mini/bite size for appetizers. Or large enough to serve them with spaghetti. To keep the meatballs light, don't overmix the ground beef and pork.

Can chicken appetizers get any better than this? Trisha dresses up her chicken tenders by stuffing them with cream cheese and jalapenos, then wrapping each bite with bacon.
