area, with the resale available homes inventory on the rise over the prior two years:

And although the median price fluctuates month to month, it is exciting to see that the median home price per foot continues to rise for the Midlothian Real Estate market overall:

Hi Lisa! It's great seeing the inventory on the rise - I hope how soon we follow your lead here in Charlotte. The thinventory is killing our buyers right now - it's a race to the finish nearly every single day for someone and it's tough for some to find reasonably priced homes too.
