a low inventory trend, the Dallas area of Highland Park
remained relatively consistent in its available inventory
of pre-owned homes (resale) in October:

 

 

 

 

 

New construction homes had a substantial decrease in their available inventory from prior years:

 

 

 

 

 

  

And although the median price per foot fluctuates
month to month, October showed a decrease in the median sales price for resale homes in the Highland Park area from the last two years:

Great update.  Always interesting to see having lived in Houston and Austin a few years back.  Inventory of new product is dropping do you think due to high demand and lack of sufficient labor to complete houses to fill need?
