a low inventory trend, the Dallas area of Highland Park
remained relatively consistent in its available inventory
of pre-owned homes (resale) in October:
New construction homes had a substantial decrease in their available inventory from prior years:
And although the median price per foot fluctuates
month to month, October showed a decrease in the median sales price for resale homes in the Highland Park area from the last two years:
