Good evening Lisa Von Domek ,
Great video and so important in this crazy weather! It was 72 here yesterday and 28 this morning!!!!
Lisa Von Domek - You are on my mind. The next time I see you, I'll give you a warm hug.
That's a great video.
Dear Lisa,
One weird place to freeze is the condensate drain of the heater. Since it is encased in cement, I am not quite sure what to do about it.
The number one thing people can do is disconnect any garden hoses that may still be connected. People up north know this, but sometimes people that live in fringe areas forget to disconnect their hoses. The water in the hose will back up into the faucet and freeze causing pipes to burst when they thaw.
Lisa Von Domek very valuable list of DIY tips to prevent freezing pipes.
At -28 and -50+ it is almost to late to worry about frozen pipes. This cold spell as been talked about for a week
Morning Lisa.
Good to have you back, I've had our outside faucets covered for about a month now. While it gets cold here, it's nothing compared to what the people north of me are going to experience.

Hello James Dray Thank you, it's good to be back with my friends here in the Rain.
And, like you, we've had the winter precautions in place for awhile!
An excellent post, Lisa, with the freezing weather that's hitting so much of the country.
Good morning Lisa. This is important and a great time to share. Stay warm.
Good morning Lisa - it is cold here but not as cold as other areas. Fortunately, it does not last.
Lisa Von Domek - Ready or not, let's meet for lunch.
Welll winter is certainly here with brute force. Construction with plumbing on outside walls that are not well insulated spells trouble.
